Agile sprint to support your SAP modernization on Cloud.

SAP modernization can be a complex task, given the integration SAP has into the business process layer. In some cases, modernizing it may require an evolution of the business process and or the SAP software or more simply a refresh of the underlying infrastructure. In any scenario, our team provides guidance, insight and best practice from those who have previously completed similar engagements. We leverage a global presence to provide a sprint which combines resources within your country combined with cloud and SAP experts from our global center of excellence to provide you with agile engagement to understand how to modernize and migrate SAP to Cloud.

Each sprint is 3-weeks and leverages our packaged structure for requirements, inputs, workshops, deliverables, and outcomes. The process will be executed using the following key steps:

• Preliminary data capture of available documentation;
• Discovery workshops (typically 3 x 2 hours) for a complete understanding of requirements
• Analysis workshops (typically 2 x 2 hours) to explore and confirm design decisions.
• Deliverables handover

The outcome will include our recommended SAP modernization plan including migration plan, cloud architecture, SAP high-level design and SAP cost analysis for Cloud.
