However it is unreasonable to expect that every Transportation Officer will be able to memorize the specific requirements for every single permutation or variation of incidents that could occur. There exists a need to be able to generate specific, step-by-step how to respond incident response guides that are custom tailored to the specifics of each incident. Through the use of a built-in tagging system, specific policies, procedures, incident response action items, and other critical information can be dynamically assembled using AI.
By identifying the specific details of the incident (i.e. Bomb Threat, Foreign Language, Passenger on Narcotics, etc.) Iternal's software can assemble the applicable relevant pieces of information and curate that information in the required media format which can then be used by the Transportation Officer to aid in the resolution of the incident.
Additionally, after the incident has been resolved there exists a need for data collection and after action reports about the incident to be created and collected. Iternal's software can streamline the collection of applicable information and centralize the data into a single repository that can be analyzed and interpreted in the future to improve and learn from past events.
