1.- Once the instance is running, enter http://instance-public-ip:8081 into your browser.
2.- You can also access your instance via SSH using the username 'ubuntu' and your Amazon private key. to obtain the password run the following command : less /opt/sonatype-work/nexus3/admin.password
2.- your credentials are : User: admin Password: password obtained
