Very easy to use and setup. Safe guard against ramsomeware
What do you dislike about the product?
Their sql and oracle backup supprt helping our dba to backuo and restore are somewhat limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our agency replace aging IBM tsm. It offers ramsome attack support. It does ok job restoring file for basic user file backup

I appreciate the fast setup and how easy it is to use. The customer service is excellent, providing quick assistance and answers to any questions. Rubrik consistently releases new features that enhance the product and exceed my expectations. Its integration with other vendors, such as Microsoft, allows for seamless implementation of various backup and recovery solutions.

Rubrik helps with data backup and recovery solutions, as well as supporting our Disaster Recovery plan. Also from a security Perspective it allows us to monitor backups for any potential threats
