As businesses aim to focus more on their core competencies, they increasingly turn to Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) to handle the undifferentiated heavy lifting. In today’s blog post, we will focus on the available training from AWS Training and Certification to help support you on your SaaS journey, how to familiarize yourself with the challenges of operating a SaaS business model, and how to think through these problems from the SaaS lens.

In September 2024, we launched 21 new digital training products on AWS Skill Builder including 7 new digital courses, an exciting new game-based learning exam prep option for AWS Certified AI Practitioner: AWS Escape Room: Exam prep for AWS Certified AI Practitioner AIF, and a new generative AI course for AWS Partners: AWS Partner: Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) on AWS (Business).

Developing cloud skills and expertise across the workforce is a critical first step as organizations continue their cloud journeys. While cloud maturity is an iterative process, effective training and enablement is crucial for the success of this transformative journey. In May, we launched 33 new digital training products on AWS Skill Builder, including two new AWS Builder Labs, a new Digital Classroom course (Build Applications with AWS NoSQL Databases), a new Partner course (Generative AI on AWS Essentials (Business)), and localized versions of Exam Prep: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CLF-C02), Exam Prep: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer- Professional (DOP-C02), and Exam Prep: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional (SAP-C02).

In April, we launched 19 new digital training products on AWS Skill Builder, including two new AWS Digital Classroom courses (Digital Classroom – Developing Generative AI Applications on AWS and Digital Classroom – Security Engineering on AWS), nine new digital courses, two new AWS Partner courses (both include an Accreditation Badge to be awarded upon successful completion of the final assessment), and localized versions (Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese) of Exam Prep: AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty.

In February, we launched 22 new digital training products on AWS Skill Builder, including new AWS Digital Classroom courses for annual subscribers, five new solution assignments to build generative AI skills via AWS Cloud Quest, and new prep courses for the AWS Certified Data Engineer – Associate exam.

We’ve launched AWS Digital Classroom courses to help you build the same knowledge and skills that you would with instructor-led classroom offerings, but in a self-paced digital format. AWS Digital Classroom courses give you flexibility so you can learn where and when you want, at your own pace, and still benefit from an expert AWS instructor.
