We’re excited to announce the regional 2025 AWS Partners of the Year from Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). This year’s award winners have demonstrated exceptional innovation and commitment to customer success. Working side by side with AWS Partners has yielded remarkable results, and we’re excited to build upon these successes as we strengthen our partnerships throughout 2026.

Each year, we honor members of the AWS Partner Network (APN) from around the globe that play key roles in helping customers drive innovation and build solutions on AWS. Announced during a Partner Awards Gala at AWS re:Invent, the 2025 Geo and Global AWS Partner Awards recognize a wide range of partners whose business models have embraced specialization, innovation, and cooperation over the past year.

We’re announcing three new Agentic AI categories in the AWS AI Competency, helping customers find validated Partners who can implement production-ready autonomous systems. With IDC projecting 65% of organizations will fully deploy agentic AI by 2027, this expansion represents our largest Specialization launch to date with 60 Launch Partners ready to help customers move beyond experimentation to drive real business value. The launch also includes an automated validation process that cuts application time by up to 70%.

At the 2025 Amazon Nova Partner Demo Competition, AWS Partners showcased innovative solutions using Amazon Nova foundation models to address customer challenges across industries. The competition highlighted Partners’ focus on Healthcare & Life Sciences and Financial Services sectors, leveraging Nova’s advanced AI capabilities.

The AWS Ambassador Program welcomed 19 new AWS experts in Q1 2025 across seven regions. The AWS Ambassador Program is a vibrant worldwide community of technical experts, known as AWS Ambassadors, who are prominent leaders and passionate about sharing their AWS technical expertise. They author blogs and whitepapers, create and deliver public presentations, and contribute to open source projects. Our Ambassadors evangelize AWS via social media and facilitate peer-to-peer learning by presenting at conferences, leading workshops, and hosting user group events.

We’re streamlining the AWS Foundational Technical Review (FTR) process—including extending the renewal period and waiving the FTR for partners that have completed an AWS Well-Architected Framework Review. The AWS Foundational Technical Review (FTR) helps partners adopt AWS technical best practices specific to their software or solution.

We’re excited to share the next wave of AWS Generative AI Competency Partners that have demonstrated deep expertise in building and deploying groundbreaking generative AI applications across industries. Expanding the competency further helps AWS customers quickly locate experienced and well-supported partners in their region and showcase their innovations worldwide.
