New AWS TCO and Cloud Economics Accreditation for APN Partners

AWS Training and Certification has developed a number of training resources for APN Partners, including online Business and Technical Professional Accreditation courses, both of which have been recently updated.

Announcing the New AWS TCO and Cloud Economics Accreditation

In addition to the Business and Technical Professional courses, we recently announced AWS TCO and Cloud Economics, a new web-based training course designed to help APN Partners gain foundational knowledge of the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) concept and the economics of data centers as it relates to AWS. This course helps enable you to use the AWS TCO Calculator to understand the value of AWS, and to explain the benefits of AWS IT solutions based on TCO.

Accreditation can be earned by completing the series of e-learning modules and assessments. The course is intended for individuals who have completed AWS Business Professional or AWS Technical Professional:

AWS Business Professional Accreditation

This training is designed to give your staff an overview of key AWS Services, the overall business value proposition of AWS, and best practices for implementing AWS in the field with customers. The AWS Business Professional course consists of five modules. At the conclusion of this course, you should be well versed in the business value proposition of working with AWS, the value of AWS Products and Services, and strategies for planning and implementing AWS-based solutions for your customers.

AWS Technical Professional Accreditation

Designed for individuals responsible for making informed decisions about IT solutions based on customer reference requirements, theAWS Technical Professional course is the technical counterpart to the AWS Business Professional course, and helps deepen you technical knowledge of AWS Products, Services, and common solutions for your customers. By the end of this training, you will have a better understanding of the technical capabilities of AWS, and of what to consider when designing solutions on AWS.
